SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING -

  • We’ll send you a kit with 3 pieces of wax along with instructions.

  • You will receive the package and a return label via USPS

  • Once we receive your wax print we will cast your pendent in sterling silver or gold and add it to the chain you’ve selected.

  • The finished necklace will be shipped back to you within 2-3 weeks via UPS, fully insured.

RETURNS -

- We do not accept returns, as each piece is custom made for you but we will make sure you love the final piece so please contact us if there are any issues.
